The story follows Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) as he tries to track down a rogue agent who has gone off the grid. This agent, known as John Lark, has stolen a list of undercover agents from the CIA, and Hunt must stop him before he can do any more damage. Along with his team – which includes Benji Dunn (Simon Pegg), Luther Stickell (Ving Rhames), and Ilsa Faust (Rebecca Ferguson) – Hunt races against time to find Lark before he can sell the list to terrorists or other bad actors.
The action in this movie is top-notch, and there are plenty of jaw-dropping moments throughout its runtime. The cast does an excellent job bringing these characters to life, making it easy for audiences to get invested in their journey.
