James Bond The Man With The Golden Gun is a 1974 Telugu dubbed film directed by Guy Hamilton. The film is the ninth installment in the James Bond series and it was the first to be directed by Hamilton. It was also the first Bond film to be shot in the United Kingdom since 1967's You Only Live Twice. The plot has James Bond (Roger Moore) investigating the disappearance of a fellow British agent, who has been kidnapped and taken to an isolated island off the coast of Thailand.
Bond's investigation leads him to Scaramanga (Christopher Lee), a world-renowned assassin who uses a golden gun as his trademark weapon. Scaramanga is hired by millionaire industrialist Hendrik Vanderkamp (Britt Ekland) to kill Bond, but Bond ultimately triumphs over his adversary in a duel at Scaramanga's lair.
